Do you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We integrate with what you already use, no new platform required. We work with tools like Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify, HubSpot, and bespoke databases.
Can we start with just the Audit?
Yes, and it's free. The Audit is a no-commitment 90-minute call. We map your workflows, rank them by ROI, and tell you exactly what we'd automate. From there, you decide whether to proceed. Who owns the code you write?
You do. Every line, every credential, every doc. We deploy into your environment and the source lives in your repository. We retain no license, no exclusivity, no copy of the code on our side. If the engagement ends, what we built stays with you in full.
What if Foundation runs over 14 days?
Foundation is a fixed-price, fixed-scope engagement. If we hit a snag on our side, the fix is on us and the price is the same. The only reason a 14-day Foundation runs longer is if you change scope partway through, in which case the new work gets quoted separately before we touch it. Can we change scope mid-engagement?
Yes, with one rule. Anything that drops out of scope refunds at the day-rate. Anything new gets a fresh quote, written down, before any work starts. We will not invoice you for work you did not approve.
What if we need to pause or cancel?
Audit and Sprint are pre-scoped and paid on delivery, so there's nothing to cancel. For Foundation and Scale, you can pause or stop at any milestone. Day-rate already worked is invoiced, the rest is forgiven. Retainer clients give 30 days notice. No cliffs, no cancellation fees.
What if an automation breaks after launch?
Every engagement includes a support window. 30 days for a Sprint, 60 for Foundation, 6 months for Scale. Retainer clients get same-day response and continuous monitoring. Because we document everything, your team can usually diagnose most issues without us.
What happens after the engagement?
You walk away with the full codebase, the documentation, and the access credentials. You can keep us on retainer for ongoing builds, or run it yourself. No lock-in, no recurring license, no exit cost.
